A large team of commercial representatives scattered across the country, in charge of maintaining the relationship between the insurance company and the banks, and generating new sales. To do this, they travel to several branch offices every day in different provinces, and organize meetings with the clients.
Every transaction had to be presented physically on paper. There was no centralized dashboard with the important information: the team’s visits, expenses, metrics and distance traveled. Reports on the visits were not being stored anywhere.
Integrated with Active directory, this app allows them to log in with their company credentials, schedule meetings, complete reports once finished, attach photos of invoices, do the end of the month accountability and check out their metrics.
Allows them to check out their teams’ scheduled visits, oversee and filter through different performance metrics, and their expenses. It also facilitates them to make the whole approval per diem process digitally, making HR and Treasury a part of it.
The per diem accountability and approval can now be done 100% digitally. Leaders can check out their team’s metrics on a centralized dashboard. Commercial Representatives can also access the app offline functionally, for their convenience. Data is now being stored and available for future reference, in a lightweight, easy and organized space.
