The client sought to accelerate and optimize their production processes to improve development times and quality, in order to launch their product on the market.
In addition, a technical team was made available for consulting at each stage of the project regarding methodologies, technologies and infrastructure.
ShopApp is a commercial startup that, through their app, provides benefits to its end users by helping them improve their physical and online shopping experience.
Clapps advised ShopApp with the migration from traditional methodologies to agile frameworks, providing a comprehensive support in development through an Interim CTO & Management contracting model. Plus, the responsibilities included to allow the project to add professionals for shaping and solidifying their own tech work team. This let them gain drive and independence.
